Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of your billing period.

  • • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • • Trademark and copyright infringement is prohibited
  • • DMCA takedown requests will be processed promptly

Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. By using these integrations, you agree to:

Google & YouTube

  • • You may sign in using your Google account
  • • You may connect your YouTube channel to upload videos created with our Service
  • • Your use of YouTube features is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service
  • • Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy

TikTok

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with all third-party platform terms when publishing content. We are not liable for content that violates platform policies or results in account restrictions.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may be scheduled.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination & Governing Law

Termination

  • • Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
  • • Immediate termination for breach of Terms
  • • Data export available for 30 days after termination

Governing Law

Force Majeure
